We think it fair to say, that the dream every single cancer patient ever diagnosed has is to wake up tomorrow without any detectable cancer. We also think it should go without saying, that we can't supply this to you. Nonetheless, we shall endeavour to achieve that universal dream of all cancer patients.
For now, we must find solace in approaching that dream.
To approach this dream of every cancer patient we collect data from published peer-reviewed literature, off-label drug use, traditional medicines, and integrative care practitioners from all over the world. These collected data allow us to form a holistic understanding of cancer as a whole and of its various subtypes.
And it's from this holistic base, from which we can make probability judgements about which interventions can be helpful to your healing efforts and which can't. As our collective human and scientific knowledge base constantly changes, grows, and shifts, so does our understanding of cancer and so do our probability judgements.
We've built this combination of ever-improving holistic understanding of cancer and the interventions it takes to heal the disease over the last 5 years, even before Marchward was founded, and termed it the Mosaic Method. The name is motivated by the many mutually supportive interventions seemingly necessary to finally heal cancer. As such we don't believe in a singular silver bullet, but rather a hail of porcelain shards.
The one law we hold ourselves to in this regard is to find truth and speak it openly. We don't paywall any of the information we find, any of the recommendations which can be surmised therefrom. We think information should be shared freely and help rendered when necessary.
There's only one dogma we hold, when it comes to the healing of your cancer: whatever tool helps with healing should be used, whatever doesn't should remain unused. We don't really care what it is that heals you in the end, just that you heal during your time with us and get to outlive cancer.
That's our mission: giving you more life to live more happily.
You may well be asking, what in the world possessed us to engage in such a lofty (and perhaps seemingly improbable) goal in the first place, and how we're qualified to make any probability judgements whatsoever.
Let's take it from one end.
We were unceremoniously thrust into the world of tumour biology and oncology, when our dad was diagnosed with terminal multiply metastatic mesothelioma a few years back. At the time we – the co-founders and managing partners of and head advisors at Marchward – were studying a bachelor of science course in molecular biotechnology.
We used the training we were receiving to peruse the scientific literature for a light of hope for our dad. In doing this, we found that there are a host of interventions not used in classical cancer care, which support the treatment and in some cases even healing of cancer. We were flabbergasted at this and immediately recommended our dad to pick some of them up.
Now we spend our time learning more in a master of science also in molecular biotechnology, perusing the newest scientific literature, talking to experts in integrative care and alternative care, reading up on traditional medicines, and making probability judgements of similar and more advanced interventions for cancer patients all around the world.
We think it's this 'endlessly learning approach' combined with our scientific training, which makes us qualified. It decidedly isn't, because we know everything; we don't. We think we're qualified, because we understand our limitations and constantly try to overcome them for the sake of you and other cancer patients.
No matter where you start, incremental improvements will always approach perfection. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, but as long as improvements are constantly made, approach it we will.
As you can undoubtedly tell, we're not God, neither are we angels, nor some supernatural healers. We're human like you. Trained in the scientific method and molecular biotechnology, yes, infallible and ever-right, decidedly not.
So, how can we guarantee success?
